All works and materials submitted to Story Cache LLC are the sole property of Story Cache LLC. Submitter agrees and consents to Story Cache LLC’s use of all submitted works and materials in whatever form Story Cache LLC deems appropriate. Submitter consents to editing of the submitted works and materials by Story Cache LLC or his designated agent as they deem appropriate in their sole discretion. Submitter agrees that Story Cache LLC may include the works and materials in works which he, in the exercise of his sole discretion, deems appropriate, including without limitation, compilations of similar works and materials. Submitter releases Story Cache LLC from any liability which submitter may otherwise claim for violation of intellectual property rights, including without limitation, copyright infringement or violation of moral rights in the use or alteration of the submitted works and materials.
Submitter represents and warrants that the works and materials submitted are a product of his/her authorship and that s/he has exclusive authority to execute this Release and Consent to Use.
Submitter acknowledges receipt of sufficient valuable consideration for this agreement, which consideration includes, without limitation, potential for additional exposure of submitter’s works and materials, with attribution to the author. Submitter acknowledges that Story Cache LLC has made no representation that the works submitted will be published or that submitter will receive any financial compensation whatsoever in return for his/her submission or use of the works or materials.
Submitter acknowledges that names, dates, and places may be changed to protect the privacy of persons identified in submitter’s original works. No work which may, in the sole discretion of Story Cache LLC, constitute slanderous or libelous statements or damage the reputation of any individual will be considered for inclusion in any compilation of works.
